When it comes to dealing with one’s weight or needing more energy, most women my age are at the end of their rope (so to speak). At age 50, I weighed 190 lbs. Although I tried to eat a healthy balanced diet, my job of 30 years as a legal secretary kept me sitting most of the day. So I lacked the time & the energy to exercise.

I have been battling severe health problems for the last 20 years.
